Different types of Industrial Fans

Centrifugal fans

Centrifugal fans are many types such as pressure blowers, paddle-wheel, industrial exhausters, acid-gas blowers, Airfoil, Radial blade, PE etc. They have low volumes. This type of fan is used mainly by industries for various purposes because of its high efficiency and continuing working feature.

Axial fans

Axial fans have many subtypes: tube axial, vane axial, mixed flow fans, variable pitch axial fans, cooling fans, etc. Axial industrial fans have adjustable symmetrical blades, which can be adjusted according to the needs of the operation.  

They have Static vanes and outlet dampers. This fan can flow large amounts of air and can be used as a condenser. Axial industrial fans have low pressure. They are comparatively less costly than centrifugal fans.

Jet fans

It is used for basement ventilation and smoke extraction. It has symmetrical blades and a motor that doesn’t create any loud sound. Jet fans are also used by the channels and tunnels industry for ventilation.
